They are made of polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET) or polyethylene (PE) fibers, strengthened by needle punching. Geotextiles thermally treated on one or both sides can be produced for mechanical parameters improvement.

Nonwoven geotextiles are suitable for a wide range of construction works: percolation, drainage, separation, mechanical protection, reinforcement.
